The new field house is a state-of-the-art facility designed to support multiple athletic programs. It includes a space for football team practices, locker and training rooms for the baseball team, and dedicated areas for the E-sports and forensics teams. The main structure is an 86,000 sq ft pre-engineered metal building housing the indoor football field. The remaining 36,000 sq ft is framed with structural steel and accommodates other functions of the building. The two building types are separated by a continuous 3-inch expansion joint, making them structurally independent.

The new press box at Hilltopper Football Stadium is designed to be a first-class facility for media coverage, situated above the existing Harbaugh Club. It will house television broadcast booths, radio booths, a new President’s Suite, coaches’ boxes, working press areas, and game operations. Due to limited depth, the new structure is steel framing spanning long-distances between existing concrete columns. Additionally, a new “tub” 
floor cantilevers off the front of the building, providing premium spectator seating with an excellent view of the football field. The project is on schedule to be completed and ready for use within one off-season.
