The project consisted of a 3-story wellness center with 28 suites, café and dining area, theater room, and physical therapy swimming pool.  The structure is composed of precast concrete panels on I.C.F. concrete load bearing walls supplemented with steel framing down the center corridors. The roof structure is composed of prefabricated cold-formed steel trusses bearing on cold-formed steel bearing walls.   The structure is founded on reinforced concrete footings.
