This $17.6 M project consisted of five floors plus a partial basement totaling approximately 65,000 sq ft. It is a steel frame structure utilizing composite steel beam construction. The foundation system consists of a combination of drilled piers and shallow spread footings that bear on hard limestone. The lateral force resisting system is a combination of steel moment frames in one orthogonal direction and concentrically braced frames in the other.

The new project is located on a very confined site located between South Limestone Street and the Wethington Allied Health Facility and includes an underground utility tunnel and above ground pedestrian connector to the Wethington Allied Health Facility.
