A new $48.0 M baseball facility including field, grandstands, concession buildings, club level suites, indoor practice facility, site retaining walls, and stadium ancillary structures. The project includes state of the art training facilities, food services, locker rooms, offices, safety netting and new scoreboard.

The suite level structure is steel frame utilizing composite steel deck and beams with moment and braced frames. The balance of the buildings are concrete masonry load bearing walls with metal deck and steel joist framing. The foundation system is comprised of rock bearing drilled piers and rock bearing spread foundations.
