A new $35.0 M, 108,000 sq ft, 2-story addition located at the south end of the existing Nutter Field House. The project includes state of the art meeting rooms, food service, locker rooms, training/recovery rooms, offices and weight training facilities. It also includes two new practice fields.

The buildings structure is a steel frame utilizing composite steel deck and beams. It is founded on a combination of drilled piers and rock bearing spread footings.
