The new University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union (UKFCU) South Broadway Branch provides a modern banking experience in downtown Lexington at the corner of South Broadway and Oliver Lewis Way. The 2-story facility features 15 private offices, teller pods, and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), providing members with convenient access to both personalized and self-service banking. The new branch combines contemporary amenities and technology with an accessible location in the heart of Lexington.

The facility is constructed with a steel frame and features seven roof levels with steel roof deck spanning to steel joists or structural steel. The second-floor system is concrete over form deck spanning to steel joists. Stair and elevator shafts are constructed with CMU. The building is supported on shallow foundations with lean concrete to rock bearing and grade beams supported by micropiles to rock at the north portion of the building over a sinkhole. The exterior of the building is a combination of glass curtainwall and stone veneer with cold-formed stud backing.
