This project consists of the renovation and expansion of Commonwealth Stadium. It is intended to improve the game day experience of the patrons and the participants and attract quality recruits. Included in the project scope for the stadium is a new precast concrete façade, new club seating, a new club level at the level of the existing press box, a new press box on the south side upper deck, new suites, a new team meeting room, new locker rooms and a new team store. Existing toilet and concessions areas are to be renovated and improved.

The structural engineering consulting services for the project where implemented by two structural engineering firms. HNTB will complete the stadium renovations and additions related to façade, suites, club level, team room, locker rooms and press box. Brown + Kubican, PSC will complete the stadium renovations related to the new team store, graphic panels, loading dock, field lighting and all repairs of the existing structure.
