PROJECT FACTS

2015 Honor Award for Design Excellence, AIA Kentucky

This project was a 3-story adaptive reuse of an existing tobacco 
processing facility for the College of Fine Arts. The building 
houses administrative offices, digital media labs, multiple 
galleries, instructional studios, and faculty and student studios. 
The structural system used was historical masonry and wood 
construction, with steel trusses supporting a large portion of the 
existing roof.
