The project also includes a dedicated catering kitchen to support food preparation, staging, and service for events held within the Student Center and at locations across campus.

The roof consists of metal deck supported by steel beams and columns. The floors are constructed with composite metal deck supported by composite steel beams and steel columns. The structure is supported by shallow spread footings bearing directly on shallow rock, while the lateral system consists of steel moment frames.
