The new 2-story Jewish Community Center provides an inspiring and inclusive environment that supports the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of the entire community. This facility features an indoor family aquatics center with an in-ground pool, a fitness center with an elevated walking track, an early learning center with a courtyard, a multipurpose auditorium for theater and arts, and offices. 
 
The building is primarily clad with architectural precast concrete wall panels, supported by foundations and tied back to the superstructure. The superstructure consists of structural steel framing, with composite concrete floors and a steel joist roof. The foundation system includes shallow foundations and retaining walls.
