A new 7-story boutique hotel with 125 rooms becomes a standout gem in Lexington’s historic Distillery District. This highly visible development includes a lobby bar, a high-end restaurant, and a rooftop bar with an open terrace. It marks the first major new construction in the Distillery District in nearly a century.
 

The Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) wall construction is supplemented by interior steel 
framing supporting precast concrete floors. The building is founded on shallow foundations 
constructed over rammed aggregate piers.
