A new 5-story steel frame office building for the Kentucky State Government. This design-build lease-back project features open collaboration spaces, offices, meeting spaces, lobbies, a food service area, and a walking trail.

The floor structure consists of composite floor deck supported by steel beams and columns, with steel bar joists at the roof. The lateral system utilizes steel bracing. The exterior façade consists of precast concrete panels and curtainwall. The structure bears on rock using concrete spread footings or concrete grade beams and drilled piers. This project earned LEED Silver Certification.
