About Spencer
Spencer joined BK in 2026 with seven years' experience as a structural engineer for large industrial design-build projects across the United States. Prior to pursuing his interest in structures by completing an MSCE in 2018, he was a mechanical engineer for conveyor systems in large distribution centers and for watertight doors and flood barriers in marine- and shore-based applications.
Beyond staring at (and designing!) the roof, Spencer loves building lasting relationships with coworkers, clients, contractors, and fellow engineers. He believes that trust is the foundation of strong teams, and he loves working in a group to think through, solve, and (preferably) prevent problems.
