A new 5-story hospital building for Shriners Children’s and UK HealthCare. This facility features an ambulatory surgery center, a motion analysis laboratory, a rehabilitation gymnasium, and exam and therapy rooms. The Outpatient Clinic spans the first three levels, while the upper two floors house the UK College of Ophthalmology and the UK HealthCare Advanced Eye Center, along with a mechanical penthouse.

The structure is a comprised of a steel frame with composite concrete floor construction, and steel moment frames to resist the lateral loads. The project also includes a 3rd floor pedestrian bridge spanning approximately 90 ft across Conn Terrace to UK parking structure #8.​​​​​​​​​​​​​
