Shriner’s Hospital for Children - Lexington ASC is a $32.0 M, 5-story, 115,000 sq ft building featuring Ambulatory Surgery Center,  Motion Analysis and Rehabilitation areas, and Outpatient Clinic on levels 1-3, with the upper 2 floors reserved as shell space for UK Ophthalmology, as well as a mechanical penthouse.

The structure is a comprised of a steel frame with composite concrete floor construction, and steel moment frames to resist the lateral loads. The project also includes a 3rd floor pedestrian bridge spanning approximately 90 ft across Conn Terrace to UK parking structure #8.
