PROJECT FACTS

The project consisted of a new $12.0 M, 1-story with mezzanines, 81,000 sq ft elementary school. The facility uses load-bearing concrete masonry walls and a partial steel frame to support a steel joist roof structure. The lateral resisting building system utilizes ordinary reinforced masonry shear walls.
