Approximate 6,000 sq ft, three-story home constructed around a relocated timber frame from a historic mill.  Surrounding structure utilized a partial steel frame with engineered I-joist.

A historic mill stone, supported from the wood structure, was also incorporated into the floor structure in the entry vestibule.
