This $20.0 M project consisted of a 2-story, 40,000 sq ft steel frame addition to the historic Red Mile Race Course in Lexington, Kentucky.  The addition houses pari-mutuel gaming, restaurants and bars in a large open space with high ceilings.

The addition provided the aging facility with a completely new, modern look and feel as well as re-branding of the Red Mile.
