PROJECT FACTS

A new, $8.0 M, 25,000 sq ft dining facility elevated over surface parking below plus a new, $7.0 M, 250 car, 3-story concrete parking structure. The dining facility floor is reinforced cast-in-place concrete and the roof is structural steel. The parking structure is pre-stressed precast concrete with thin brick inlay.
