PROJECT FACTS

This $24.0 M project consisted of four floors totaling approximately 90,500 sq ft. It is a steel frame structure utilizing composite steel beam construction. The foundation system consists of grade beams and drilled piers that bear on hard shale. The lateral force resisting system is a combination of reinforced concrete shear walls in one direction and concentrically braced steel frames in the other.

The building will be utilized by Morehead State University and Saint Claire Medical Center who will operate a clinic on the first floor. The upper levels will feature classrooms and teaching labs, including labs for imaging services technicians.
