MODERN REINTERPRETATION
PROJECT FACTS

Approximate 4,000 sq ft, two-story historic home which was reinterpreted and reconstructed to remediate settlement and framing issues inherent in the original construction. Existing floors were jacked, leveled, and reinforced.
​
The roof construction was replaced with modern clear span truss structure with aluminium bridging. The detached garage was reconstructed with upper level and a connector bridge to the main residence.
