The new Marksbury Family Branch provides a variety of versatile spaces, including a large community meeting room, multipurpose room, Makerspace, library staff areas, and small group study rooms. Its 2-story open space and outdoor amphitheater create an ideal setting for a wide range of community events, from presentations and art fairs to parties, gaming tournaments, and large gatherings.

The building’s structure utilizes a composite steel floor deck with a steel moment frame lateral system. A distinctive feature is the series of slanted columns that support a dramatic cantilevered floor section above the main entrance.
