A new $16.0 M facility with 195,000 sq ft PEMB shelter and 45,000 sq ft sales building.  The sales building is of conventional, structural steel with gabled roof and interior mezzanine.  The clearstory roof structure is constructed of concealed, cold-formed steel framing overbuild and exposed architecturally exposed structural steel trusses.

The shelter building is a pre-engineered metal building with stone and clay base, scales, special highly textured no-slip concrete slabs, and shop/vet buildings.  The design was extreme fast-track with construction documents completed in 7 weeks from notice to proceed and 350 day construction schedule.
