A new 1-story facility for the Kentucky State Police. The minimum-security prison site was transformed into the new home for the training academy. The 4,000 sq ft administrative building houses staff offices, conference room, break room, reception, laundry, and mechanical rooms. The 15,000 sq ft multipurpose training facility features classrooms, kitchen, dining hall, lobby, laundry room, mechanical room, and a large open 
gymnasium style training space.

The administrative building is framed with a wood truss roof structure supported by load bearing wood stud walls. The multipurpose training facility is a pre-engineered metal building structure with foundations and bay layout designed by BK.​​​​​​​​​​​
