Design for Future Vertical Addition
This project consisted of office and clinic space for KFMC. The primary structure is a steel frame with composite slabs and steel beams. The roof is designed to be a future third floor and the entire structure is designed to support one additional story.
The lateral load resisting system consists of concentric braced frames. The building is founded on conventionally reinforced concrete spread footings.
