A new career and technical education facility serving students in grades 9-12. The facility provides specialized instructional and training spaces for health sciences, diesel technology, industrial maintenance, culinary arts, welding, engineering, and marketing, with classrooms and labs supporting hands-on learning.
 

The structure consists of shallow spread foundations, CMU load bearing walls, steel joists, and precast concrete planks. The gym consists of concrete walls and concrete roof slabs supported on steel joists serving as a community tornado storm shelter. The front office area consists of a steel frame system with moment connections.​​​​​​​
