A new 1-story career and technical education facility serving students in Madison County and surrounding school districts. The facility includes specialized instructional spaces for health sciences, business, machine tool technology, electrical studies, CAD, marketing, and law and public safety, along with labs, administrative offices, common areas, and a multi-purpose gymnasium.

The structure consists of shallow spread foundations, CMU load bearing walls, steel joists, and precast concrete planks. The gym consists of concrete walls and concrete roof slabs supported on steel joists serving as a community tornado storm shelter. The front office area consists of a steel frame system with moment connections.
