A $36.0 M renovation and expansion of the Adron Doran University Center at Morehead State University included updates to the existing 3-story building and the addition of a new 3-story wing to the east. Key features of the project include a 100-seat theater, student spaces, meeting rooms, dining facilities, sports pub, and a 600-seat ballroom.

The addition’s structure consists of two stories of reinforced cast-in-place concrete, topped with a long-span structural steel floor to support the expansive ballroom. The existing building’s marble veneer was replaced with traditional brick and limestone to better complement the architectural style of the surrounding campus.
