The second floor provides residential dining and a 800-seat dining room with indoor and outdoor seating. The upper floor includes administrative offices and space for private catered events.

The structural system consists of composite steel beams supporting concrete slab on metal deck. Steel X-bracing is used for the lateral load resisting system.
