About George

George joined BK as a summer intern in 2021 and started full-time in June 2023 after graduating with his Masters from Virginia Tech.  He has gotten his start in the industry learning draftsmanship and design through various other structural engineering and construction firms throughout college. George has gotten experience using Revit modeling software as well as structural analysis software such as RAM and RISA. He holds an interest in structural dynamics, seismic design, and mass timber applications. George focuses on being able to work on projects using all primary building materials and continues to pursue professional experience through BK.
