About George
​George joined BK full-time in June 2023 after earning his master’s degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech, following a summer internship with the firm in 2021. Throughout college, he gained industry experience in draftsmanship and design through roles at various structural engineering and construction firms. George is proficient in Revit and structural analysis programs such as RAM and RISA. He has a strong interest in structural dynamics, seismic design, and mass timber applications, and is committed to gaining experience across all primary building materials as he grows professionally at BK.
