A 3-story student commons facility for Eastern Kentucky University, the project provides a variety of dining, event, and support spaces for the campus community. The lower-level features retail dining options, a 500-seat dining room, and a catering kitchen. The second floor includes residential dining with an 800-seat dining room offering both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The upper level provides administrative offices and flexible spaces for private catered events.

The structural system consists of composite steel beams supporting concrete slab on metal deck. Steel X-bracing is used for the lateral load resisting system. Foundations consist of rock bearing footings and drilled piers to rock. A full building length retaining wall makes up the northern perimeter wall for the first story level.
