A 50,000 sq ft manufacturing/office building for the new North American headquarters of an international hemp refiner. The main structure is a structural steel frame with joist and deck, founded on a combination shallow foundation/retaining wall system to account for a significant site grade slope. The gallery corridor of the building connecting the manufacturing portion to the office portion of the structure features architecturally appealing tongue and groove wood deck bearing on steel beams.
