A new $37.6 M, 5-story residence hall with a large mechanical penthouse for the Kentucky State University. This facility features a 12,000 sq ft dining facility for 350, 408 beds, lobby, study lounges, offices, workrooms, recreational space, and a multi-purpose classroom which are all part of the facilities living-learning environment.
 

The structure utilizes ICF bearing walls and precast hollow core plank floors. The dorms also have steel framed exterior canopies covering vestibules and dining areas at the lowest levels.
