A $20.0 M, 2-story steel frame addition to the historic Red Mile Race Course in Lexington, Kentucky. This expansion includes a pari-mutuel gaming area, restaurants, and bars within a large, open space characterized by high ceilings. The addition revitalized the aging facility with a modern look and feel, while also rebranding the Red Mile.

The state-of-the-art entertainment facility features over 900 gaming terminals with a variety of themes, as well as areas for live music and special events. This project introduces a completely new betting and wagering experience for the community.
