A new $11.2 M facility with a 77,000 sq. ft hangar/maintenance area and 175,000 sq. ft concrete apron. The hangar is a pre-engineered metal building founded on shallow concrete spread footings with a 64,000  sq ft hangar area and a two-story 13,000 sq. ft maintenance and conference area.

The building is designed with large clear spans and openings for aircraft to enter the structure. The concrete slab for the apron and hangar is specially designed for aircraft loading and jet-fuel/heat resistant sealant.
