A 1-story Advanced Manufacturing Center on the Bluegrass Community and Technical College campus in Danville, Kentucky, expands the college’s training capabilities. The facility includes high bay training spaces, classrooms, office areas, and conference rooms. Programs offered in the new building include Advanced Manufacturing Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technology, and Electrical Technology.

The foundation system consists of shallow spread footings and the building structure is a steel frame. The lateral force resisting system is composed of concentrically braced steel frames detailed to be exposed architectural features of the space.​
