A new 3-story, 75,000 sq ft steel framed corporate headquarters for global manufacturing company.  The floor structure consists of composite steel floor deck supported by steel beams and wide flange columns, with steel bar joists at the roof. 

The lateral load resisting system is of braced frames.  The project features tiered limestone clad site retaining walls, guest conservatory, and planetarium.
