John joined BK in September 2024 as our Business Operations Manager. A Lexington native, John brings a diverse set of skills and experience to the firm, including expertise in accounting, corporate analysis, purchasing, project management, along with data and systems development. His approach centers on thoughtful learning and a commitment to excellence, with a focus on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement that align with the firm’s business objectives and values. John is dedicated to driving value and efficiency in his role while supporting BK's growth and success.
