Our team conducted a site investigation of the northeast exterior masonry wall to identify potential sources of water infiltration. Using a manlift, we examined the wall through openings created in the veneer by an independent masonry contractor. The investigation focused on identifying construction deficiencies and providing the owner with recommendations for possible repairs.
